  2. Your referrals subscribe

    Every customer who signs up through your link is yours. They can start with 50 free test visits, then pick a plan from $39/month.

  3. You get paid monthly

    You earn on every payment they make, month after month. We pay on the first day of each month, by wire transfer, once your balance is above $50.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify the amount an affiliate earned in case of fraud.
  • We reserve the right to modify the amount an affiliate earned in case of chargebacks or refunds of the referred customers.
